John M. Gilreath joined Sourcing Network Sales, LLC which does business under its Pandigital trade name in April 2007 as their Director of Finance. He currently hold the title Vice President of Investor and Bank Relations. John has held corporate banking sales and management positions at three regional and super regional financial institutions, as well as a worldwide bank automation company. He has successfully managed and executed marketing and sales strategies for commercial banks, including the management of a Media and Communications lending group with a $300 million portfolio of leveraged senior debt facilities.

John has extensive experience in structured presentations, negotiations and sales from the senior executive and board level down. His banking client base ranged from Fortune 100 to very small retail, manufacturing and industrial, and service businesses in both the publicly and privately held arenas. He successfully managed teams dedicated to leveraged loan production, as well as matrix management of mature small business loan portfolios in need of credit and yield enhancement for three super regional banks: Old Kent Bank (now part of Fifth Third), Norwest Minneapolis (now Wells Fargo), and Ameritrust (now part of Key Bank). John is experienced in both generating and agenting large shared national credits, as well as developing and executing marketing plans for new territories.
Subsequent to his commercial banking career, John has been engaged in corporate finance and investment banking. In that regard, he has extensive experience in deal structure (leveraged senior and mezzanine); the brokerage and placement of commercial, industrial, and real estate debt; as well as client generation and presentations. He is considered by peers as an expert in financial modeling of start-up, merger, and acquisition transactions.
He is recognized for his understanding of risk management and exposure issues relating to his involvement in the successful development of corporate lending and international trade finance software products. He was active in on-site software development projects in Istanbul, Turkey, and Prague, Czech Republic.
John was also associated as a founder and Director of Finance for Entera Entertainment, Inc.
(http://www.EnteraEnt.com), an early stage pan-European filmed entertainment distribution company. He also formerly served as an independent board member and the chairman of the audit committee for Diversified Corporate Resources, Inc. a publicly held staffing company in Dallas, Texas.
